Terms of Service & Disclaimer for “Becoming Securely Attached” Online Workshop

1. Introduction
Welcome to “Becoming Securely Attached” ("Workshop"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in our online workshop hosted by Serdar Harar (“We”, “our”, “us”). By registering for and attending this Workshop, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate. In the event you don’t agree to any of the terms of this agreement, you can request a refund prior to March 16th, 2025 and receive a full refund, minus any third-party processing fees. 2. Refund & Rescheduling Policy

• If you request a refund at least 1 day before the workshop, you will be eligible for a full refund, minus third-party fees.

• No refunds will be given for requests made after the workshop is already complete.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case registered participants will be notified and offered a rescheduled date or refund.

3. Code of Conduct

• Participants must engage respectfully and professionally.

• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

• We reserve the right to remove any participant violating these terms without a refund.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

• All workshop materials (videos, slides, documents, etc.) are the intellectual property of Serdar Harar.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any workshop content without our written permission.

• Personal use is permitted, but commercial use or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The workshop is provided "as is" and is for educational purposes only.

• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from participation.

• The information shared does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical or mental health advice.

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the workshop.

• The Workshop is for general informational purposes only. All information is provided in good faith, however we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability or completeness of any information.

  Under no circumstance shall we have any liability to you for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your participation in the workshop, or reliance on any information provided during the workshop. Your participation in the Online Workshop, and your reliance on any information presented, is solely at your own risk.

• Indemnification:

  You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Serdar Harar, our agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable laywers’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  Your violation of these Terms of Service;

  Your use or misuse of the Workshop;

  Your participation in the Workshop;

  Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party;

  Any violation of applicable laws or regulations by you.

  Serdar Harar reserves the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms of Service and your use of the workshop.

6. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.

• Continued participation in the workshop after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation before legal action.
